Membership approval is processed sequentially during business hours (08:00 ~ 17:00) on weekdays, and is completed within 1 business day after approval.

The interCAD homepage is only approved for those who have purchased or subscribed to interCAD products.
Members who have been granted login authority can download programs and licenses from the homepage and use them.

If the license list is not displayed, please refresh the page or clear your Internet cache and try again.
If the problem is not resolved, there may have been an error in the license application process.

The downloaded license file must be pasted into the path where interCAD is installed to be recognized normally.
The default installation path is:
C:/Program Files (x86)/interCAD
If you specified a different path during installation, you can paste the license file into that path.
Yes, interCAD 365 also accepts monthly payments.
However, monthly payments are priced slightly higher than annual payments.
Basic: $140 year → $150 month
Standard: $230 year → $250 month
Premium: $320 year → $350 month
If you are an interCAD 365 customer, you can check it without a separate tool.
Currently, we provide a service to convert design files to IXD files by sending them to support@interxsoft.com.
This issue needs to be resolved by applying the Hotfix for OrCAD Capture.
Please update OrCAD Capture to the latest version or install the Hotfix.
Union is a separate feature that provides various functions not supported by existing CAD tools.
To use this feature, Union must be run first before running related programs such as OrCAD Capture, PADS, or Mentor Board Station.
The Cowork feature is dependent on the PADS program, so it will not work unless PADS is running.
To use Cowork, PADS must be running first.
