Interxsoft has been operating remote support services through the website since February 03, 2016.

 

What is remote support service?

This service allows our technical support engineers to access and receive support remotely without visits your company when problems occur while using the product.

 

How to use?

1. Enter the https://www.interxsoft.com  

2. Go to the Support > Remote Support page at the top right of the site.

3. Call the customer support center(070-8856-2411) for remote support service.

4. When a technical support representative login, "there are currently no agents waiting. Please wait a moment." Phrase disappears and a number 1 icon is appeared.

5. Click the number 1 icon to display the Install/Run Help window. (The installation/ execution file is automatically deleted after the end of remote assistance.)

6. Follow the prompts to download and run the remote access program.

7. Wait a moment after the program runs, remote support will start.
